That’s a wrap on Harmony’s Six-Week Transformation Challenge!

Did you kick start the new year with Harmony’s Six-week Transformation Challenge?!

Providing three bootcamp sessions a week, trainers Jo and Julie from Full Body Fitness have been there every step of the way, coaching, motivating, and pushing Harmony residents to achieve their goals and ultimately supporting a lifestyle change that they’ve loved.

We can’t wait to share more details as results from the challenge are released. Remember you can participate in Harmony’s weekly FREE bootcamp sessions with Jo and Julie, taking place on Monday’s at 5:45am and Thursday’s at 5:45pm.
