Here at Harmony, there are so many free weekly classes to get involved in to suit all fitness levels and interests, even in these colder months of the year! These classes are continually popular month after month, with residents enthusiastically participating in sessions independently or with friends. Read ahead to find out about all things fitness at Harmony.

Parkrun:

For our running enthusiasts, the Harmony Boulevard Parkrun is held weekly on Saturday at 7:00am. Whether you are training for a personal best, or just starting out running as a hobby, the Harmony Boulevard Parkrun caters to all fitness levels. Walk, run or jog, all attendees are welcome to come and give it a try!

Bootcamp:

To get the most satisfying full-body workout that will test both your strength and endurance, opt for the Full Body Fitness bootcamp! One of the most popular classes amongst Harmony residents, these sessions are held at Palmview Secondary College at 5:45pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Yoga:

For those looking to embrace their inner zen, the Harmonise Health & Wellness yoga classes are perfect. Held weekly on Monday 9:30am, Thursday 6:15am and Sunday 7am at the Harmony Putt Putt Golf Area, yoga offers an escape from the stresses of everyday life and an opportunity to unwind.
