Harmony land release meets demand

Palmview’s largest masterplanned community, Harmony, has fast-tracked the release of its latest land lots to meet demand for affordable land in the sought-after area.

With median land prices in the Sunshine Coast rising by almost 5 per cent from 2015 to 2016 , the appetite for affordable land options in the region continues to grow.

AVID Property Group Queensland General Manager Bruce Harper said an additional 91 land lots have been released at Harmony.
