Harmonise Health Weekly Yoga

Harmony Sales & Information Centre Deck

Sunday 7am, Monday 9:30am, Thursday 6:15am

Relax, reset and reconnect with your community at Harmony’s free yoga sessions. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already practising regularly, everyone is welcome.

These slow flow yoga classes are guided by qualified yoga instructor Leisa from Harmonise Health & Wellness and are suitable for all genders and ages 14+.

Bring your yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Spare mats are available if you don’t have one.

Sessions are held at the Harmony Sales and Information Centre:

Sunday – 7am
Monday – 9:30am
Thursday – 6:15am
